This company was incredible! Very clear communication before, after, and during our move. We had a 15 foot U-Haul full to the brim that we were trying to unload on a busy street and these guys helped us unload everything with great attitudes and professionalism! They got all of our furniture into the apartment without so much as a scratch and handled our boxes with amazing care. Would absolutely hire again!

I have used Chad and the NY Best On-Time Movers for every single move I’ve had in NYC - and I’ve had a lot. He is communicative, his crew shows up early, they are kind and respectful and funny, and they handle our property with care. Hopefully I won’t need to move again any time soon, but if I do - this is the only moving company I would ever use!

Darwin was the best mover I've ever used in my entire life - he came by himself and did the work of 4 movers combined. ALL BY HIMSELF. He was able to disassemble, pack, carry and load up my ENTIRE apartment (including all the furniture) into our Uhaul all in under 2 hours...from start to finish. I was very impressed and I surely could not have done the job without him. He's the best and I recommend him to everyone moving in NYC.

Couldn’t be happier. The price was reasonable, and it was money well-spent. Both were great guys. Chad checked in with me before the move and verified our arrival time. He got there a few minutes early, and the second guy, Shonori, was right on time. They worked quickly and put everything right where we asked. No complaints - I’d use them again without question!

Juan and Darwin did an outstanding job. I didn’t have much furniture, but many, many smaller boxes which I know can be challenging. They arranged and secured them very well in my Uhaul - very evenly balanced which led to a smooth ride! Would highly recommend!

One member of the team was great + experienced, the other less so. Had to repack multiple boxes he filled (he just threw everything in, like glass cups and ceramic plates).
