There was problems coming from the U-Haul company but Joe called me to notify what was going on. Communication was good. When he arrived we had good conversation. Loaded everything super quick.

Wish they were on top of confirmation calls, sharing information on people taking over the job and communicating with them. I had to wait for 30 mins at the unloading site.
