Customers who live on the 4th, 5th or 6th floor of a walk up with no elevator available or a 20-26 FT Truck, book a 3 men crew. We also offer cleaning services. While the movers performed their job with the degree of competence that would be expected, they lost one important item (it did not make it into the truck), were a little bit careless making sure everything else got in the truck, and positioned a dresser in the truck such that it fell (and chipped significantly) while being transported from one location to the next. Furthermore, the experience of communicating with the moving company when an extra 2 hours needed to be tacked on to the bill was bizarre and unpleasant - the woman overseeing the charges would not accept the credit card on file for the second hour and insisted I pay via Venmo or have the movers walk off the job then and there (she threatened).

The movers were great and efficient. A minor issue - one of the artwork got damaged, but the were careful with everything else. Would recommend them, but definitely let them know what to handle with extreme care.
