We requested help with moving only large items. When our loaders arrived, it was 2 ladies who were not even tall enough to move some of the items without my husband’s help. My husband has a bad back which is why we hired people. They worked hard but all that needed to be done was loading. My husband and I loaded an entire truck alone a few weeks ago in less time than it took them to get the big stuff like we asked. We had to extend an hour just to get the big stuff on. I feel that if we had been given 2 makes things would have been done faster and we would not have had to extend our time. My husband and I finished loading the rest ourselves. As for communication, I had to call myself a week or so before to confirm the helpers would be there. We tipped the girls in cash.
