Kimiya packed&loaded and unloaded&unpacked all of our items. I was surprised to see just how poorly our items were packed when they were delivered. A brand new coffee table now has significant damage on two of its legs, which could have been avoided with more careful packing. Some dining room chairs have scratches and dents as well. I am very disappointed overall with what seemed like a smooth process. The gentlemen who delivered and unloaded our UBoxes were very polite. That is the only good thing I can say.

The movers were very nice people, but unfortunately this is the best I can say for this move. Despite my specific instructions and checking to make sure the movers would show up with appropriate dollys and roll carts to get my stuff across a parking lot and into Uboxes, they showed up empty handed. As a result they dropped at least five of my items onto the wet ground during the move. I'm grateful that nothing broke, but of course, I still find this to be unacceptable handling of my items.

One of the unloader showed up late and while unloading got me in to talks of doing some of the house maintenance. Took advance of $200 and did little bit of cocking and promised to come back next day to take care of everything since it was raining. Never showed up. Company should hire professional unloaders and not crooks.
