The helpers that were sent were very friendly and polite. They were very slow and didn’t seem to have a clear objective, plan or technic for moving furniture. They were constantly bickering and arguing about how to do the job. It honestly felt like I did more work than they did. In spite of their lack luster performance we did tip them generously because we appreciated the help.

John called day prior to set up time, agreed 10am. While still picking up truck get calls starting at 850 from the movers saying they were early I tell them that’s great but 10am. During move there was alot of arguing to the point my young kids asked how long the helper had been doing this for. A lot of furniture was dropped. There was obvious damage to appliances. With about 30 mins left they were asking me for the payment code so they could send it back to John. (I’m assuming because they got there early he was telling them to finish early) I gave it to them anyway and we kept working. They movers finished up I confronted about damages and as were walking thru John calls and says they’ve been done, I said yes their done moving we’re squaring away damages. I had to repeat that several times to John. Basically was told sorry was the best they had in response to the damages. For what was paid it was overall fair-avg experience

Showed up with no tools after confirming that they would, utter break in communication, one of the 2 I hired had zero moving experience or skills!! Do not hire!!
