If I could give negative scores I would. They missed their original time, lied about updated times while they scoured Craigslist fo random individuals that ended up coming... WITHOUT THE TRUCK. I had to go rent the truck and work with randoms off Craigslist to quickly move items nearly 6 hours after the originally scheduled time. Easily the worst service I've ever experienced in any area, moving or else. Avoid at all costs.

Communication leading up to and on the day of the move was very good. On the day of, there was a delay due to a problem on U-Haul's end, and the movers arrived a few hours later than expected. WeMove NC handled the issue super well and kept me informed. There are a few additional fees to be aware of that I was informed of when I called to confirm the service. For me, tolls were not included in the base price that I paid when booking on movinghelp.com. Tolls differ depending on location and day, but for me it was an extra $110 in tolls to go to and from the Uhaul location. Another additional fee is for $125 if the movers have to park more than 150 feet away. However, they said that that happens very rarely, and it was not an issue. Overall, the service was excellent and I would recommend WeMove NC. I scheduled 1.5 weeks in advance, and made sure to reach out before the move to confirm.
