I've used Bright Side Movers twice now and both times their service was excellent in every way. The crew were on time, fast, good communicators, strong, and thoughtful in how they approached the job. They took charge and attended to every detail, as well as communicated with me through the whole process to ensure they knew exactly what I wanted. They were careful with my items and very efficient. The movers were very professional and helpful. The only knock was the office was not easy to contact - but I learned the workers are deaf so after that used text instead of trying to call and that worked better.
