The service provided was completely unacceptable. Damage to the home I moved out of and moved into. Damage to my furniture from being dragged instead of carried through dirt and snow. The job wasn’t even completed because the movers couldn’t lift and carry a majority of my items. A few items did get moved to the upstairs but with damage to my walls and doors.

I hired this company for a previous job and was impressed but this time, I cannot say the same. One of the two men took three bathroom breaks one of which was over 30 minutes long. Also, he was almost always texting and grumbling about time and the job. Bottom line, only one man worked, the other was a dud. I had to hire another company to complete my move. A total waste of my money and time. Such a disappointment.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Kimiya Services Inc. for a last minute move. Despite the short notice, their team was incredibly responsive and professional. The contact person provided a clear estimate and coordinated everything seamlessly. I’m moving day, the crew was punctual, efficient and handled my belongings with great care, ensuring nothing was damaged. We had the floppiest California king mattress and they were able to carry it up three flights of stairs. Their Customer Service made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend calling them for anyone needing reliable and efficient moving services at short notice.
