The movers that physically helped us were great. The communication and coordination by the scheduler was extremely disappointing. Although I arrived in town later than expected I was told that I would have movers to support me. They unfortunately did not show up and I was forced to find accommodation separately for a night while securing a spot for everything in my u-haul truck. The movers then arrived over an hour and a half later than we were expecting the next day.

The team of guys was awesome - very nice, very efficient, and paid close attention to their movements when they were navigating large furniture through tight areas. They did everything necessary to get every piece of furniture where we wanted it. They worked efficiently, and turned a stressful move into a really great experience. Very grateful for the team that came out.

Scheduled move, they didnt show up, when I called to find out why, they notified me I had been bumped from the schedule because they overbooked. So they’d just try and come out later in the day and was both rude and unsympathetic that that was not a helpful response. I ended up having to unload everything myself. I rescheduled for the next day to get things upstairs that I couldnt carry, they required being retold many many times to make it clear what I was wanting where. so ultimately the most important thing for a mover is that they show up on time and they may not and wont care at all if they dont.
