I was a little nervous that I did not hear from anyone after I booked the moving help, so I called and left a message. Once I received a call back 2 days prior to the move date to schedule the time for my move, everything was fantastic! Latrell and Ricky were very professional and courteous. They knew how to pack the truck so contents would not shift in transit and nothing broke. The heavy sleeper sofa was moved out from upstairs without issue. They were efficient, finishing the job in less than 2 hours. I would use them again without hesitation.
