Being a single female 61 years of age with no assistance during my first move in 9 years working and orchestrating the move at a distance of 40 minutes drive away, I would have to say my movers, Clay and Jacob, brought the biggest relief from stress during the whole ordeal. I was able to speak with them one on one prior to my move to discuss the details. Jacob alleviated my fears of a no show immediately during our communication with a caring demeanor toward all factors I expressed concern about providing his agenda for the day prior to my scheduled move time and assurance of updates should they be delayed. I was contacted by them every step of the way. They handled my load and unload and actually followed me to the unload point. All my concerns related to any items being moved were taken seriously and handled professionally. Every load level completed was secured prior to continuing with the next.
