I scheduled the movers two months before my move. They had no excuse for being five and a half hours late on moving day. On the Friday before the move, I needed to call them to confirm that they were coming. Corbin told me that the movers would arrive between 9-10am. On the day of the move, he told me they would be late, arriving between 12-1pm. Then between 130-2pm. They finally arrived around 230, five and a half hours late. At least the workers were efficient and professional. No explanation, no apology. I guess I should be happy that he at least Corbin told me his team would be late, or that they showed up at all. Nevertheless, they seriously interfered with our travel plans. I contracted them two years ago to help me move, and everything went smoothly. I don't know what caused the unreliability, but it was frustrating enough that I would not use them again or recommend them.

I hired this moving help service hoping for a smooth experience, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. While the movers were personable and polite, my concerns were dismissed mainly during the process. Several items were damaged in transit, and it was clear that they were not properly secured. The rope used to tie items down broke, suggesting it wasn't tied tightly or adequately checked. Overall, I appreciated the friendly attitude of the movers, but the lack of care and attention to detail during transport left me unsatisfied.
