Poor communication. My window was 10am - 2pm for delivery of the item that was then going to be moved by this company. We waited from 2pm until 5pm, where I was told several times someone was 15 min away, only for it to be an hour later and no one was there. Once the move was over, I didn't realize I needed to release the code for payment - I thought it was already paid. The owner called me incessantly, over and over again. I was trying to figure out what the code was and how to find it since I didn't originally create an account and he started sending me threats that he was going to come to my shop. It was actually insane. Also - I already tipped the two movers that came.
