I scheduled 2 movers for 2 hours at 2pm to just unload (we had everything in the U-Haul already) a couch, dresser, 3 night stands, two beds (queen and full), an entertainment center, and a few boxes to a second story apartment. They were three hours late, which I didn’t find out until the time they were supposed to be there. Luckily I had booked the U-Haul long enough. One of the guys was very capable and friendly. The other was in training, and did okay. They didn’t ask us to, but we felt the need to help a lot so that things would go smoother. They unloaded everything from the truck before moving it upstairs, which felt a little unnecessary. Just a heads up that there might be a gas fee depending on your distance from them, but I did agree to and know about that after booking. Unfortunately the thing we needed the most help with didn’t end up fitting into the apartment, which wasn’t their fault. However, in hindsight, I would have made other arrangements or just not hired movers.

Move was slow. Spent a lot of time waiting and mover was in the restroom twice totaling 30 min of the 3 hours.
