The woman that helped was good and very nice. They came on time. Was generally accommodating to our request. Even though the distance long they accommodate the long trek. Everything was good until my girlfriend 'lost' her phone. She put her phone in the kitchen and went to the basement to put pack a few boxes. She went upstairs and it was there. Where searched everywhere and called it multiple times. When we told the movers that the phone had the code on it they were 'helpful' and asked if we checked the storage pod. Weird request since they were putting things in the storage pod not us. We started to walk there but then I turned back to the house because only one of us needed to look. Come to see 1 mover was shuffling in the living room. And magically I see the missing iPhone there! What a surprise! TLDR; they did well but tried to steal my girlfriend's phone
