Overall experience was OK. They asked to move up start time for the move to a hour earlier and then on day of move they were over a hour late. They did communicate in the morning they were going to be 30 mins late but were over an hour late. Once started moving they were efficient, friendly, helpful and chatty. There was some damage to several pieces of my furniture and they did not provide any tools and could not help disassemble or assemble IKEA bed.
