I had a very pleasant experience with the Moore crew. They were relaxed, hard working and honest. And they had to deal with a LOT of furniture! I wish they could’ve been able to unload for me. Too bad Virginia is a long way away. Totally recommended!

I needed to reschedule my appointment and they were super flexible. They were quick and nice! I was going to tip either way but was kind of caught off guard when one of the men said that I had to tip since it was 3 flights of stairs (even though the registration page said it would only be required for more than 3 flights). I’ve used moving help before so I was planning to tip at the later point but the guy was basically waiting for the tip and said I could do cash or cash app. I knew I had other options but I just did what he wanted. It made me feel uncomfortable but the moving service was great.

I was happy overall with the service provided, however I wish the movers were a little more careful with larger items, as some things should’ve been handled by two people. There were some dents left on the walls of my new apartment that I worry I will be charged for when I move out and some of my items now have small scuffs as well, which would not have happened if two people had been carrying those items.

The 2 gentlemen that moved our things were polite and courteous. They work hard and got the job done in the two hours however almost every piece of furniture they brought in was scratched or damaged. Our one dresser was broken beyond repair and we are now out of a dresser. I called and spoke with the owner and he was kind and listened but did not provide and source of compensation. As a customer I don't think I should have to ask for a refund but it naturally should have been offered in my mind. Overall I was thankful I didn't have to move my items but probably should have just done it myself.
