The movers were friendly and showed up a bit early (with prior communication), which was a nice surprise. They did a great job moving the items, but didn’t load everything we had agreed on into the truck before they said they were finished and left. I think it was just a miscommunication because the things they did load were done so with care and professionalism.

We had multiple broken items, boxes were tipped over and spilling out, and they put NOTHING where we instructed them to put it. At one point, we caught one of the movers throwing stuff into the garage.
