The two guys who packed us were nice, but did not do a great job. They used way too much packing paper and bubble wrap. We ran out and had to get more. Upon unpacking, they wrapped plastic cups in bubble wrap but not breakable dishes. The wadded up several pieces of packing paper for no reason and stuffed them into the boxes. They packed several fragile dishes together without any paper in between them and so some were broken. They left an hour and a half early and forgot to pack four cabinets in the kitchen and finish packing two closets. I packed the whole bedroom myself. Then the next day, they did work hard to load the truck but it was the sloppiest truck packing job I’ve ever seen. And I’ve used moving help multiple times in the past but not this company. They did end up going over the moving time I booked and stayed until the job was finished, which I appreciated. But then the owner charged us for an extra hour even though total time was only over by half an hour. DO NOT USE THEM

The two men who came were great! They called, were on time, and quickly did the job. They were also very polite. Although, I never heard from the company prior to the move date so I had to call them and mentioned we were moving a refrigerator and he said he will make a note to being a dolly, and guess what no dolly. Which mean two men (and my husband) had to attempt to move it. Overall, we are happy bc the job got done and the movers were great.

Handled moving our newly purchased piece of furniture well! Professionalism could be improved - both arrived with a cigarette in hand and then put them out on the seller's driveway. Otherwise, nice guys!

One guy whined entire time. Other guy avoided carrying things at all costs. I told them repeatedly we only wanted them to carry heavy things because my wife was ill and could only do small boxes. One guy stayed in truck, other kept carrying small boxes. Repeatedly asked them to stop and only carry large items my wife could not help me with. Took extra 10 - 15 minutes but finally got them to carry large items then when I gave them the code the told me I had to pay additional for going over 30+ plus minutes. My wife had timer on her phone going and told them of their actual time and the said no extra charge and left. Personally I think these guys were too old to be doing this kind of work professionally. They were kind and polite. And constantly were on their phones.
