Colbie and his team were great to work with. Colbie reached out a few days after I booked through U-Haul to confirm the details of the move. On the day of the move, the team communicated to let me know when they were an hour out. They picked up the first U-Box, transported it to my apartment, loaded it, returned that U-Box to U-haul and returned to my unit with the second U-box to load. The team was friendly, kind, respectful, and efficient throughout the entire process. I would recommend to others in the Columbus area!
