I had to change my dates with Smooth Moves because I wasn't sure of the exact move-in date when I made the reservation in advance and also because of bad weather but they were flexible and friendly. Highly recommend.

I booked Smooth Moves to move from a 2 bedroom apt to a storage garage. Malik & Zay were great! They were done with both sides of my move in just under 2 hours! They were both very professional, courteous, and have the moving & sorting down to a science! I would highly recommend them & I will be using them again soon! The only slight negative I would have is with the communication. It was noted when I booked the U-Haul online that someone from the moving company would be reaching out to me within 48 hours. After about a week of not hearing anything I had to reach out to them and left a voicemail. I did not hear back so I called back a few days later and was able to reach someone to confirm the booking. This initial lack of communication made me a little nervous about my booking. I would’ve also appreciated a phone call when the movers were on their way as I was told this would happen when I was finally able to confirm the booking. Other than this it was a great experience!
