Great customer service. They followed up immediately after booking to schedule the time we needed them. Marcus and his helper showed up on time and did a great job loading our 20’ truck. I would definitely recommend them if moving in the Charleston area.

They did their job and were pleasant. Somewhat responsive when reaching out to them although it took them a short while to answer texts and they didn't answer my phone call once. I rated them two stars because the furniture had fallen on top of each other causing significant damage, this could have been prevented if the furniture was well-stacked and sorted and another moving company agreed with this statement. One other thing is that they worked 15 mins after the end of the second hour ALTHOUGH he was 5 mins late and he used the bathroom and stayed for at least 5 mins, so basically they worked 5 mins extra and they had me pay for a FULL HOUR $100, which I don't appreciate. Something completely UNPROFESSIONAL I found was one of the mover's empty Gatorade bottle TAPED to my couch from the bottom, I am not saying that they taped it on purpose, but I am not saying that they didn't. They could have done better and been more professional!

My movers were great! They were efficient and careful with my things. They got a big job done without even stopping once for a break and had a fantastic attitude the entire time. They even put my two recliners back together. I would recommend them to anyone moving from out of state to WV!

The guys worked hard, were friendly, and showed up on time. I didn't like that they broke the dresser. But they finished the job without any other problems, and I still appreciated their help because I couldn't do it on my own.
