Once we got to our location and our items were being taken off the truck we found our sofa has a hole in it and our refrigerator is all scratched up and dented along with our washer and dryer. It looks like our furniture was not packed in a professional manner.

The movers were wonderful. I wish I could remember their names but it was such a busy day, I can’t recall their names. I apologize. They immediately got to work. They took care of my items, didn’t just load the truck but organized it carefully. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for movers. Quick turnaround time, professional and reliable.

I had an excellent experience my previous move with you a few weeks ago. There were less items moved under easier circumstances than the previous time and it took longer than the previous. At times, their frustration was felt when I was around, although I'm sure it wasn't intentional. Different vibes from my previous experience. Unfortunately, at one point I walked up on the worker trying to pick up several 18 gallon totes that had fallen. At the top was my case with my memorabilia from my son who passed away last year. Seeing it handled so carelessly was hard. Overall they were very diligent with stacking and making sure everything was packed well. I sent a tip through PayPal already. Thankyou for the help!

Best movers ever, I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! They were on time, professional, communicated very well, worked efficiently, and were very thoughtful with taking care to ensure my items were not damaged. Ensured that things were packed so that we only needed to make one trip while ensuring that no items were damaged in the process. They were willing to go the extra mile by breaking down furniture you may have missed and helping with the small things to make sure no item was left behind. It was cold outside but they had a great spirit and sense of humor and we finished well before our scheduled time. I would definitely recommend!
