One mover asked me to use the toilet and did not come out for 20 mins. Made me concerned and uncomfortable. Plenty of unoccupied space in the pod. Could have been better executed.

Overall the helpers did a great job, especially the organization and loading of the truck. They were both very courteous and helpful. The only incident was that one of our Mexican pots was broken. I’m confident that this happened during the loading process. The one helper was not very careful when handling this fragile item.
