Never again - My experience with the man in charge was extremely aggressive to the point I felt uncomfortable having him in my home. He was unprofessional as it appeared he did not know how to properly move furniture - my King size headboard was left in my living room because he said it could not fit up the stairs due to the size. (I had a friend help carry the bed up the stairs which they did by maneuvering the headboard a different direction.) He did not want to make the effort. He complained several times throughout the move how heavy the furniture was (?). When I tried to make suggestions about ways to move the furniture (as they appeared inexperienced), he got verbally aggressive and disrespectful. That disrespect was present the entire move. I am the paying customer - customers should never be treated in this manner, especially a woman alone in her home. I do NOT recommend using this moving company.

Keep On Moving LLC was wonderful to work with. I had all kinds of anxiety thinking my stuff wouldn't fit in the truck but they put me at ease right away, telling me don't worry and we'll work it all out. I will be happy to use them again.
