Overall bad experience for cleaning. Unfortunately, I couldn't watch the cleaners as closely as I suppose I needed to. They did a decent job wiping down baseboards and mopping floors. The sinks and appliances weren't cleaned like I expected. The supervisor didn't come in the house once to check on the workers and I think that was probably a big part of the problem. She sat in the car on the phone the entire time they were there and didn't introduce herself or check on things once. At one point they let me know that an upstairs window wouldn't shut. I couldn't understand why he needed to open an upstairs window but after going to check there was a strong marijuana smell. I didn't see it but it was pretty obvious he opened the window to smoke then couldn't get it shut, pretty disrespectful. The owner may have made things right if I had complained but I hate complaining about services and chalk it up as a lesson learned. Overall I regret hiring this company and wasted some money.

Great experience with this moving company for sure! They just did the unload for us as it was a long distance move. We had a 16 foot truck and they got right to it. They were pleasant and handled our items with great care! Will call them again when it is time to move in a year.
