Horrible experience with these guys not showing up on time, first 1.5 hours late so we rescheduled, then 3 hours late on the rescheduled appointment. No explanation. Promised us a discount to go directly to our account and it would be there Sunday, but it's Tues after 5pm and nothing was done to day. Moving is stressful enough, especially when you are disabled, but this disregard for promptness makes it so much worse.
