I wish I could give 10stars Marquis and Terrance where OUTSTANDING especially for my moving conditions they had to deal with and they NEVER complained one time they packed my storage unit exceptionally well under the circumstances they had to deal with I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN YOU CAN GUARANTEE THAT!! They even completed the move in under 4 hours. They was both very professional and just a awesome honest couple of guys THANK YOU AGAIN Marquis and Terrance two years ago I used another company through Uhaul and that company broke and tore up many of My items but Pack Rats had horrible moving conditions and still took excellent care of my items and didn't break anything!!!

Absolutely amazing people! I was nervous with moving in general but they made this a breeze. They even took care of the small knicks made in the wall. I would highly recommend to anyone. Professional. Great communication and just all around great workers.

Our movers were very late but when they arrived they worked carefully and fast. I would definitely hire Pack Rats again. Very friendly. Advice to UHaul please add To and FROM to your destinations. This would help ALOT!!!!
