You get what you paid for. They were the cheapest we could find. We paid for 3 hours and they completed the first trip in 1.5 hours. They made it seem like they didn’t want to go back and make the second trip. We just got charged for the full amount.

Smooth Moves was an excellent choice. The three guys (I’m sorry, but I don’t remember their names) were kind, friendly and strong. We have a lot of furniture, and they knew exactly how to load the truck to maximize space!!!! We will definitely use Smooth Moves again!!!!!

Solid job loading all my things and were professional during the job. A couple items were scratched but unsure if that happened due to my driving or the way things were packed. My tall fiddle leaf fig tree survived which speaks to the care they took I think.
