While the guys were quick and packed a room worth of stuff in 55 minutes they did not pack the items well. When we arrived, we saw they had walled the boxes at the back of the truck and put all the furniture at the front of the boxes. We also had some had some heavy unboxed ikea that was placed in a standing position. They also did not seem to read the labeling on the boxes because crockeries and glasses were not placed cautiously. The whole wall of boxes had fallen forward breaking a rack & denting a shelving unit because the heavy ikea boxes fell on it which also caused damage to a couple pieces in the boxes. A piece of a table foot was knocked off, and glasses were broken all though being wrapped and padded. We have used moving companies before and never had this happen. Thankfully we waited until we arrived to complete the survey. The guys that unloaded the vehicle at our destination were baffled at the mess and questioned why they packed the truck the way they did. Never again.

They did an AWESOME job on such a Hot and Humid day. They called stating they could come early, took extra time to pack everything right in the U-Haul box truck to minimize trips, and handled all of our items with care. They helped move furniture in the new place and even made sure it was place where we wanted it. If we move again in the Toledo area, we will definitely reach out to them FIRST!!! They were SMOOTH movers!!!

Amazing moving help! They helped us organize the contents of our truck that we had already packed in order to fit everything the best way, and finished helping us move astonishingly quickly. They handled all of the big heavy items, and were also very funny and positive while working so hard! truly 10 out of 10, above and beyond expectations, and would absolutely recommend them!
