The communication from this moving group was very good. Unfortunately from there it went downhill from there and rather fast. The movers arrived slightly behind schedule. I had 2 U-Boxes ordered and they very haphazardly and inefficiently filled the first one mostly with boxes and small furniture. The second one was loaded with furniture including placing an electric fireplace inside of a couch bottom, then putting a computer desk on top of that!. So it was no surprise I had damage noted during the offload. After less than half of the second box was loaded the crew basically just stopped loading... even when I pointed out items that needed to go into the second U-Box. Because of this, the following day I had to rent a 5'x8' trailer which I desperately wanted to avoid doing to transport the rest of my belongings the 2,000 miles that lay ahead of me. Remember the saying you get what you pay for... well, this moving group definitely applies to that saying.

Exclusive moves has been the best moving help I have received to date. My wife and I had many complications while selling our old home.
