Moving on Faith

Moving on Faith was outstandingly professional. They communicated with me when I booked and a few days before the scheduled move. They arrived right on time and assured us that they would try to fit everything we were trying to fit. They did a very professional, very thorough job and in a very short time, they were done. I would recommend them to ANYONE who needs moving help. They were also very pleasant throughout our interaction. They were coming to us from a long distance away, yet they came early and did not disappoint. Hardworking, smooth operation. All 5 stars.

Ordered the help of 4 guys 2 were almost an hr late and 2 guys were hr or more late tried they to open my tool set to use and spilled it all over the floor and then left it a mess then broke items when moving and didn’t even let me know and at times would walk back and forth in and out of the house with nothing brought out to pack the trunk hired for 4 hrs and they didn’t inform me that the four hrs was up then charged me more money don’t listen to reviews that they can get a whole house done in 4 hrs I had the amount of maybe a 2 bedroom apartment and most was in 2 rooms to make it go faster and it took them 6 hrs for 4 ppl and by the end me and some other ppl had to help to get it all packed and unload the 2nd load they don’t pack the truck very well or very fast it took almost 3 hrs to load one truck load also showed up smelling like weed and pretty sure kept smoking it during the move because kept smelling it on them so all in all wouldn’t recommend or use this company again

Will and Daysean were on time, pleasant, professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. I felt comfortable with them in my space and felt they were aware of timing and although it was not the best weather, they did not complain and made the best of the situation.

Multiple items were damaged boxes were all over the place.boxes were placed upside down bleached spilled out on my items the truck wasn’t packed correctly at all. I tried to reach out to the head of the movers he told me he would reach back out because he was busy & to send him the photos which was fine he never reached back out then my mother tried to reach out to him he tried to act like he had no idea what she was talking about after I sent him the photos.

The crew arrived on time. Loaded my truck in about an hour. They carried a sofa from my basement to pack. I would use them again!!!
