I really hate giving poor reviews. However, we were left in a bad spot because of communication issues. We have always moved ourselves, but after an injury, I am not as able to lift heavy stuff.We planned on having an hour or two to unload ourselves the light stuff at the back of the truck, so that helpers could do the heavy stuff and furniture. I tried to confirm ahead of time in exact window (even something like '1-5' is fine). I suggested 1 two days prior but didn't hear back anything but, 'afternoon is good.' On moving day, I asked at 1245 what time. They said 1pm, which no longer worked but the guys were already there. Our apartment didn't let us in until after 1. So the guys only unloaded the light stuff, and we were left with the heavy things, which totally wasted our money and we might as well never have hired movers at all. Plus, they weren't sure they could move our furniture upstairs, so why be movers? We even gave tips. The rest we unloaded ourselves in the rain.

Moving help arrived on time. They were respectful with their communication. Had great work ethic. Handled everything with care! All my items arrived in good shape despite having couple episodes of rain. Great people to work with.

MovingHelp-People were great!!! They were 2 but did all the heavy lifting and moving all our items smoothly. They showed up on-time and got the job done as per our plan. We had a challenge while moving the refrigerator but they handled with smartness & tactics. Rest all went smooth and I am very thankful from bottom of my heart to 2 people who helped us.

They were punctual, fast, efficient, and very professional. They helped with more than we had originally asked them to, they found work for themselves, repacked our truck more efficiently than we had it and made great time!
