Hired Muscle

They were friendly and polite, but very slow. At first, they were carrying in one box at a time. I offered to borrow a dolly from my nephew and they said they had two. Why not use them? I booked them for two hours for unloading my truck at my destination. They said they would need a third hour, so I paid for that. Nearing the end of the third hour, they said they would need another hour. I paid that and they took another break. At the end of the fourth hour, they told me they were leaving and that there were still some boxes in the front of the truck. They left at least 30 boxes for me and my family to unload. Very disappointing service.

They were very careful moving items in the house. The crew was very polite, courteous and pleasant to work with, busted the work out quick on a very hot day. We are very thankful and appreciated for the help.

We have used this service with other moves so had an expectation of excellence. While the job got done and we appreciated having the two gentlemen move all of the boxes, honestly they did just an 'eh' job. We had originally purchased 2 hours but at an hour and a half, were asked to extend another hour. It was then that the job started to go downhill. The men were friendly enough and professional enough, but the job of packing a 20' truck for a long distance trip was just OK. After they left we physically got into the truck ourselves, trying to arrange the boxes and items into a better system. If we would have left it along we would have had broken and bent items. Oh well. I still gave them 4 stars - they were communicative, mostly professional, didn't dawdle, and got the job done.

The two guys showed up a little early and were very methodical in their packing and loading of the truck. They were very polite and courteous to all of our family.

Tyler and Lyle were a very great help in unloading a 26 foot truck for us! They arrived early and were ready to work! Considering it was a hot day, they were quick to get the job done within 3 hours. Also a big thanks for Jeremy for coordinating a day and time with me for them to meet me. I highly recommend using their services! I’ll be using them again very soon! Thanks guys!
