Everything about using this company was a great experience. I hired them for a Sunday unload job. The initial communication was great, and they asked all the questions. They communicated well the day of too, where the previous time we discussed was confirmed. They showed up on time, with the right tools, and did a job that would probably should have taken longer than what I hired them for. I'm not sure how they go it all done, but they did. They worked hard, were friendly, and went the extra mile. I highly highly recommend them.

A complete disappointment. I need a refund. These two individuals had to wait 5-7 minutes for me to return home with more boxes and packing paper. So, why they chose not to use the boxes is perplexing. When they arrived, the packing was already 80+ per cent completed. I had to insist that my clothes be put in a wardrobe box from the closet. I walked this company's representatives through my home to let them know what I expected. They did not touch the kitchen, and threw many shoes and clothes in the moving truck. I didn't realize how bad it was until after they left, and we unloaded the truck. Their lack of packing put me behind schedule.
