Scheduler was not great to work with, and tried to over charge even after I told him when the movers got in, in the end they did not overcharge. Movers themselves were very nice guys.

The movers were fantastic! They worked very hard and as quickly as possible. They had trouble getting my refrigerator out the door and it took them quite a while to get the doors off so that they could get it out. I didn't have the correct tools and they didn't have any. If they carried some with them for situations like this, that would help. My ONLY negative experience was their boss calling MY phone to gripe me out that they were over the time frame and needed to be done. He should be calling his employees, not customer. I was called 3 times by him, bitching me out and asking how much longer. This caused the guys to rush and we forgot to load a work bench, dog house and BBQ grill that were very important and needed. I realized after they left so I tried to load the grill myself. I wasn't able to get it on the trailer because I fell down trying to move it and hurt myself. So something very important to my husband didn't get to our new house. This is the BOSS'S fault, not the movers!

Totally satisfied with the great service provided by the two young men. They had previously had a long day in Chickasha before a late appt. In Yukon. Very courteous and professional, great to work with and I highly recommend them and plan to request them for any future needs.
