The company reached out before the move to communicate the exact details and my address and everything, which seemed a little weird since they didn't seem to know anything about the move. They said U-haul didn't share any details with them, which is very different from the last time I used this same service. That company was ready to go right away. Anyway, they also didn't have a dolly, which was also strange, and then repeatedly tried to tell me the moving only covered 2 hours, and I'd be asked to confirm the hours worked through U-Haul after and pay, which I was fine with. U-Haul never contacted me or charged me an additional amount, and then they started sending me threatening messages about getting lawyers involved and I was breaking the law for not paying them. I didn't contract with them. I contracted with U-Haul. They wanted to me to pay them directly, but I said I'd reach out to U-Haul to make sure I wasn't going to be double charged. Turns out I don't owe them more per U-Haul.
