I cannot express enough how incredible this company is! I used their services a few years ago and was thrilled to find that this experience was just as outstanding. From start to finish, they were punctual, professional, and impressively efficient. I had a large number of items to move, and when we realized we needed extra time, Mo went above and beyond to accommodate us seamlessly. Their dedication and flexibility made all the difference! Every single one of our belongings arrived at its destination in perfect condition. No damage, no issues, just exceptional service. This company truly exceeded our expectations, and I am beyond grateful for their hard work and professionalism. If I could give them a million stars, I would! Highly, highly recommended!

The services provided by Friends and Family moving was exceptional. Moe and Victor were my movers. They were methodical and professional. They were thoughtful in how they handled my belongings as if they were moving their own personal precious cargo. They were actively engaged in communication from the time I made the reservation until the end of the move. Had help a couple weeks back from Anthony, Nick and Derrick. These fellas did a great job - showed up on time and worked hard until everything was loaded into the truck. It was pretty incredible to see how all the different boxes were neatly packed in like a giant game of Tetris. All three men were polite, well-mannered and careful with our belongings. Even better - their help really saved my back and legs. There were a couple items broken in transit, but nothing crazy. Considering how much money we saved by choosing this team and driving the U-haul ourselves, this was clearly the right decision. I'd recommend this company to anyone trying to pack and move while keeping costs down. Thanks for the help, fellas!
