A week out, I scheduled a 6 hour loading and unloading (based on upstairs and distance to new residence). The night before the scheduler asked if they can do 4hrs instead because they had another appt at 1pm. The morning of, I was informed that they were running an hour behind. They were not able to pack up everything, and we have hired another crew to load and move the rest of our belongings into our new house. The experience I had with JP and Nano was stellar three weeks ago. My fiancé and I are beyond frustrated.
