Carlos and Jeremy did a great job. They went above and beyond to do everything that we asked for. They worked hard to stack everything in order maximizing the available space in the uhaul truck. The only negative is that during this process some items have taken extra pressure because they were packed too tight and they couldn't withstand the load that was put on them. Because of this we had a shelf broken. Not entirely sure if we can blame these guys though as there's a chance this was broken during the drive.

We were not contacted by the company initially but once we contacted them, they responded and were helpful. They were late to the move only because another scheduled move ran long. They communicated this to us. Once they arrived they worked hard and responded positively to any directions or changes. We would hire again.
