I paid for 2 hours originally on 9- 19-2024 and then added 2 more hours, one for 9-19-2024 and the company, after I paid for the additional 2 hours, said he would come back on 9-20-2024, to do the 2nd paid hour. I had to be done on 9-20-2024, after several texts of telling me they would be over, I was told after several promises to show that he was not going to be able to help me. I asked for a refund of the hour I paid for but he said he didn't know how to refund me. This put me in a bind. I will be calling UHaul for reimbursement. This was not a good experience.

Ray and his crew did a wonderful job packing our trailer fo a cross country move. When we arrived everything was still in its place and in perfect condition.
