We were not contacted by the company initially but once we contacted them, they responded and were helpful. They were late to the move only because another scheduled move ran long. They communicated this to us. Once they arrived they worked hard and responded positively to any directions or changes. We would hire again.

I regretfully spent money I couldn't afford on what turned out to be the absolute worst experience. Although the crew was initially understanding during my emergency, the service quickly deteriorated. They worked around me having to get different boxes versus my initial ones provided, but despite their efforts in loading large items, the rest of the experience was a disaster. The laborers failed to deliver on the services I paid for, including packing, loading and unloading. I had to find additional help to unload and repack the poorly loaded truck, only to move the remaining items by myself, which was the whole point in purchasing the services. To add insult to injury, my belongings were not cared for and several were damaged, and my toolbox, which I specifically highlighted as essential, went missing. I know it wasnt left behind since I had to pack the remaining that they didn't do after I paid for more time THREE more times and so much more but I'm out of space
