Nelson and Charles were amazing - friendly, professional, and efficient! We just moved to Barrie in the middle of winter, and unfortunately, the moving company we originally booked through U-Haul didn’t show up at the agreed time. My partner and I had to scramble to find a replacement at the last minute, which was especially stressful since my partner injured his back during our last move. We reached out to Nelson and Charles on short notice, and they came from the GTA as quickly as possible. They got the job done efficiently while being mindful of where to place our belongings, making the unpacking process much easier for us. Beyond their strong work ethic, they were incredibly friendly and hardworking. Moving is never easy, but Nelson and Charles truly saved the day. We’re so grateful for their help - trustworthy, reliable, and absolutely worth it! Thank you both!
