Shape Shifters

Movers showed up on time and were polite. For a job that I expected to take two hours ended up taking twice as long, the movers were available to work the additional hour that became an additional two hours in total. Although it took longer than expected and cost me an extra $200, I am for the most part satisfied.

The two guys worked hard on a hot day, which we appreciate. However, they were rough on the furniture and on the walls and floors of the home..chunks of trim torn off throughout the house. There were a few moments that were rude and unprofessional. After the job was done, the owner came back into the house and demanded a tip. Yikes.
