Thanks Alex and Wazi for a very professional service! Really impressed with quality of their service! Guys very humble polite , very respectful and strong! moved all my belongings! Also i want to mention that i offered lunch to the guys , but they refused it and wanted to continue working in order finish my job quicker and save time ! i was surprised! Helpers seemed untrained in basic moving skills. Did not have gloves so I provided some. The truck was not loaded and packed properly to prevent potential damage. It was a 26 foot unit which was too big but they managed to spread everything out leaving blank spaces. There was no use of the ratchet straps (I had available) for them to secure the load. They seemed to rush through the loading to finish 30 minutes early? I had to climb in the truck to move items and place 3 ratchet straps to secure what they had loaded l, this caused a 45 minute delay to the unload point and added $99.00 to the charges. After all this, I was asked to give them $30 extra for gas money!! Some minor damages and not impressed.
