One Go Movers

Be cautious about the unpacking part. I hired One Go Movers to help unload and unpack my U-Boxes after reading many positive reviews about them. Their communication was good up until my boxes arrived. Over the phone, I specifically asked if they would assist with unpacking, and they assured me everything would be handled during the move. The team on-site was efficient, both U-Boxes filled with boxes and furniture were unloaded in about two hours. However, when it came to unpacking, one of the movers told me their manager had instructed them not to unpack, unless I agreed to an additional charge of $90 per hour with a minimum of two hours. This was quite a shock since I had discussed unpacking with the manager weeks in advance, and there was no mention of any extra fees. Overall, they did a good job with the moving, but the last-minute change regarding unpacking was disappointing. Next time, I’ll be more cautious with these details when considering this company.

One Go Movers were absolutely amazing!! From start to finish they showed great pride and professionalism is their work. When I booked them, I got a phone to call to confirm that they had received our request. I let them know that we needed 2 households moved into one household and they didn’t even bat an eye. The day of the move they called me to let me know they were on their way AND they were actually going to be earlier than originally scheduled. They took a walk through the house first to see what needed to be moved and then they went to work. They covered everything with furniture blankets and wrapped everything in plastic. They loaded the truck like they were playing a game of Jenga. By the time they were finished both places the truck was FULL (we had the biggest U-Haul truck they own) and it was all nice and neatly packed. They unloaded the truck with precision and were even done 1.5hr earlier than scheduled. I could go on and on about these guys! You won’t be disappointed!!

Outstanding service from One-Go-Movers! I highly recommend these guys. Marlon and the person helping him were so kind, careful and efficient with everything. I usually stress because movers I have booked in the past have been late and do not communicate well, but these guys really changed that for me. Everything was stress free. I will certainly book again with them in the future.
