The price was good but you have to say the helpers how to put furniture in truck. They were not self driven. You need to mention any details. They just move them.

It was an very accurate and amazing service by the reasonable movers, their staff and people are very calm and generous and do the job of moving and packing very carefully, in a professional manner. Hired 2 crews - 1 to move out of the house & 1 to move into storage. (Not a lot of items. A bedroom set, TV stand & 3pc couch set.) 1st team was not the right team for this move. Had trouble moving most furniture up&down stairs & wasted over 30min between figuring out how to fit drawers back into the dresser & taking a railing off because they did not bring the correct tools. (We offered to take the railing off earlier but they said it was unnecessary. Once they told us about the railing issue we got our tools & removed it.) We even finished packing the truck because they weren't done after the 2hrs we booked them for. They did not pack the truck efficiently but everything fit & nothing got broken (other than scuffed furniture & a small scrape on the hardwood stairs), so it all worked out in the end. The team unloading the truck was fantastic. Friendly, personable & very communicative & did a great job packing our unit all within 45min. Alex was our main contact and was great.
