The Visor Guys were an incredible team. I didn't receive a confirmation proactively but once I reached out they followed up quickly to confirm the time they'd come on our selected day. On the day of the move the mover team communicated well despite a bit of a mix up with the start time (they were ready at 9 am but we had booked 10 am). They were extremely eager to help from the moment they arrived and picked up the pace towards the end of our time slot to ensure the truck was emptied. They took good care of our items and our homes, and were kind and courteous. We would definitely hire them again - highly recommend!

I hired two movers from this company. Both were good but one of them was more professional and hard working. I had to give them a lot of guidance to fill the truck so that all my stuff would fit.

Last half of the loading was very unorganized. They threw the microwave on the sofa which cause it to break. Once the sofa was loaded in the truck, everything else was thrown on top of that. I would not recommend them to anyone else.

The 2 men that showed up to assist with the unload of the truck were friendly, polite, fast and efficient. The truck was empty in no time and they asked and placed the items exactly where I wanted them.
