Movers were friendly but not very efficient. One mover was quite professional and did a good job. The other mover was very inefficient, kept bringing light bags up one at a time. Carrying things in unsafe ways (holding dressers with drawers facing down, etc). He dropped one of my gaming systems. Also found that my bookshelf was heavily scratched & backing was torn off. Deeply scratched areas on floors (unable to attach photos due to error). Job also took way longer than necessary, as they did not follow instructions of filling the truck (I only wanted furniture and heavy boxes, but they kept taking light objects like bags of clothes, food etc and ran out of room in the uhaul TWICE). Did not pack U-Haul efficiently or maximize space, they didn't even get my necessities and all furniture because they kept grabbing bags of light things. Also refused to move my mirrors, which I have moved with multiple times previously. Again very friendly movers but overall was a long and frustrating day
